● Oversee all planning, logistics, and event oversight.
● Maintain the master event planning timeline.
● Check-in with executive team often.
● Assist the Chair with planning, logistics, and event oversight.
● Respond to email inquiries in the craft fair email account.
● Support executive committee.
● Partner with Communications Manager on outreach to find local vendors.
● Partner with Chair & Co-chair to assign vendor spots.
● Communicate with vendors via the craft fair email account.
● Stay active and up to date on the Facebook page
● Advertise the event in local newspapers, on radio stations, and with SAU’s director of school and community relations.
● Partner with Vendor Manager on outreach to find local vendors.
● Partner with the Volunteer Manager on outreach to find volunteers.
● Partner with the Communications Manager on outreach to find volunteers.
● Be the main point of contact for volunteers and communicate with them via the craft fair email account.
● Manage volunteer sign-ups and schedules.
● Reach out to confirmed vendors to source donated crafts for the raffle. Partner with the Vendor Manager to receive a list of confirmed vendors.
● Coordinate with the Lebanon police department to schedule an officer to be present for both days of the fair.
All volunteers will receive free admission for the date that you volunteer.
● Be onsite Friday afternoon and evening for set-up, including outlining vendor spaces with tape and ruler and setting up tables and chairs.
● Be onsite Sunday afternoon and evening for breakdown and clean-up, including removing tape from floors and breaking down and consolidating tables and chairs.
● Welcome guests to the craft fair.
● Collect entry fee at the door. Provide change, if needed.
